A long list of conditions has been kept before the buyers for the glasses by the Google. Company has clearly stated that the glasses can’t be resold once it’s been bought. You can’t loan or transfer it to any other person.  If you do so i.e. if you resold, loan or transfer it to any one without prior permission of Google, the Google has the right to deactivate the device without informing. Then you will be not provided with the refund and you may even face rejection from product customer care.
