NOKIA TO BRING MOBILE REVOLUTION WITH GRAPHENE

The gossips related to Nokia Graphene, the strongest element ever known to humans on earth are catching headlines these days. This Graphene possesses the capability of revolutionizing our day to day needs and one such revolution is about to happen in mobile world. Yes, you heard it correct, it is prevalent that Graphene will soon find its applications in the manufacturing of mobile phones.

According to a recent news, the patent of manufacturing mobile phones, smart phones to be precise, is been given to the reputed mobile company, Nokia. European Union has provided a special grant to Nokia, according to which Nokia and its highly skilled engineers will research on the element on various aspects related to its development and research. To accomplish the task, European Union will provide around 72 Arab rupees to the Nokia as a part of its future and imaging technology program.


With this Nokia has now become a member of Graphene flagship consortium. According to the CEO of Nokia, Henry Tin, Nokia is privileged and proud to be a part of this [project. Tin fortresses the usage of Graphene in modern computing world.

What actually Graphene is?
Researched and developed in Britain, Graphene is the thinnest substance ever known to us which is strong and flexible by nature. The applications of this substance can be so strong that they can revolutionize the electronic industry to the solar panels and can have an everlasting impact over medical world. Graphene is stronger than diamond and is more flexible than rubber. Two Russian scientists, Andre Giem and Konstantin Alekseyevich worked on this substance in Manchester and they were awarded with Nobel Prize in physics in 2010 for same.

With the active use of Graphene, such smartphones can be made which would have foldable screens due to the flexibility of the substance. In addition, it is also foreseen that batteries can also be made with its use which would be far better than the ones we use today!
